As part of our sustainability program, Impact, Amerant has launched a comprehensive development initiative that includes executive training through Exec Online. This 12-month program includes coaching sessions and management courses from prestigious institutions like Columbia Business School, Yale School of Management, and Stanford School of Business.
We Are Amerant is our Resource Group Program designed to foster connection, belonging, and growth across the organization. Through cultural celebrations, networking events, professional development opportunities, community engagement, and leadership conversations, team members can build meaningful relationships, share diverse perspectives, and learn from one another. We Are Amerant helps create an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
This resource group is meant to encourage early career team member’s to get more involved with Amerant Bank’s programs while facilitating courses and events meant to help with their career development and networking.

We celebrated our Tampa team at Tropicana Field, where colleagues enjoyed an evening together cheering on the Rays as they took on the Toronto Blue Jays. As the Official Bank of the Tampa Bay Rays, we’re grateful to our partners for hosting us and making 813 Day a memorable evening.
More than 40 team members came together for our Amerant Mundialito, where six teams competed in a 5vs5 friendly tournament. The event offered a great opportunity for colleagues to connect and enjoy some fun competition while celebrating the excitement the sport brings to our workplace culture.
The excitement of the game brought our teams together for watch parties at bartaco Coconut Grove and our Miramar Operations Center. It was a fun way to cheer on the action and enjoy the game with colleagues across the bank.
Our Amerant team had an unforgettable experience at the Kaseya Center, where team members from different departments came together on the iconic Miami HEAT court for a high-energy afternoon filled with teamwork and friendly competition.
As part of Career Development Week, we had the honor of welcoming Laurie Jennings, renowned journalist, speaker, and media coach, for an empowering session on executive presence and personal branding.
140 members of Team Amerant came together as one at the Corporate Run, wearing custom t-shirts designed by team members, celebrating unity, energy, and moving forward together.
Our team members and their families enjoyed a day filled with learning, discovery, and fun at our Miramar Operations Center. A special thank you to the Dolphins Cheerleaders and FC Fort Lauderdale Miami for stopping by and making it even more memorable!
