Through our partnership with Camillus House, we have been able to give back to their Art Therapy program for several years. The Art Therapy program has shown to be an effective haven for those recovering from a multitude of issues that underlie homelessness.
We had a great time together as a team supporting the Live Like Bella organization. The annual 5K raised funds and awareness for childhood cancer.
Together with some of the city’s top firefighters, our team members successfully climbed the stairs at Loan Depot Park during the Fight For Air Climb in partnership with the American Lung Association.
Sam Francois, Head of Marketing at Amerant, and his wife, Briana Harris Francois, founded a summer program in Sarasota to support underserved kids with tennis, health, and educational activities. B.Harris Kids began in 2019 and has benefited nearly 300 children with tennis skills, conflict resolution, and academic preparation.
Over 800 enthusiastic athletes crossed the finish line at the Amerant Bank 5k race benefiting United Way Miami. The race took participants through the scenic streets of Coral Gables all while raising nearly $90,000 going towards United Way.
Our team in Houston hosted a financial literacy course with PBJ Youth Foundation. The Foundation aims to make a positive impact by those affected by the foster care system.
Amerant Bank donates $40 for every save made by a Panthers goalie during the regular season. In the 2023-2024 period, $120,440 has been donated to support veteran-focused nonprofits.
