As part of our sustainability program, Impact, Amerant has launched a comprehensive women’s development initiative that includes executive training through Exec Online. This 12-month program includes coaching sessions and management courses from prestigious institutions like Columbia Business School, Yale School of Management, and Stanford School of Business.
The multicultural resource group which has 142 members as of 2023 serves as a networking and social event forum through in-person and online events allowing members from different locations and teams to collaborate and interact outside of formal settings encouraging relationships to grow.
This resource group allows leaders and team members to host and drive events geared towards empowering and enabling team members to grow within Amerant Bank. It also gives a space to bring awareness to different causes including Breast Cancer awareness month.
This resource group is meant to encourage younger team member’s to get more involved with Amerant Bank’s programs while facilitating courses and events meant to help with their career development and networking.

More than 650 participants took on our Coral Gables course in support of United Way Miami. We’re grateful to everyone who joined and helped make an impact in the community.
As part of Career Development Week, we had the honor of welcoming Laurie Jennings, renowned journalist, speaker, and media coach, for an empowering session on executive presence and personal branding.
Alongside nearly 200 students in Broward County, our Amerant volunteers helped lead a day full of learning, workshops, and real-life money lessons along with the @ingoldffoundation.
Our team members and their kids embraced a day of learning, exploration, and joy at our Miramar Operations Center. A huge thank you to @zoomiami for joining us and bringing the fun with exciting activities!
Our Amerant team had an amazing time at the Kaseya Center, taking over the iconic Miami HEAT court for an afternoon of fun, games, and friendly competition.
