Eduardo Padron is an esteemed loan officer with over 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry, originating residential mortgage loans for various clients. He has been with Amerant for over 11 years, managed residential mortgage sales for over seven years, and handled mortgages in special assets; he has witnessed every facet of the mortgage industry. Before joining Amerant, Eduardo was a Loan Officer for GMAC Mortgage and owned two mortgage brokerage businesses. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University with a major in Finance and minors in Accounting and International Business. In his spare time, Eduardo is a leader in his son’s boy scout troop and participates in boy scout events for mentoring young adults. He also enjoys going out on his boat or fishing with his kids. Eduardo takes pride in guiding his clients through the trials and tribulations of obtaining a residential mortgage loan in today’s environment. He is adamant about his clients understanding the mortgage process and the “whys” of the mortgage process.
