Important Information
In our ongoing efforts to provide you with enhanced banking services and to align with best practices for business account management, we will be transitioning business customers currently using the Personal Online Banking platform to the TreasuryConnectSM platform for business.
1. Saving or printing any historical transaction records you may need 2. Making note of your existing Bill Pay and/or Zelle payees, as well as Wire Transfer templates 3. Setting up your TreasuryConnectSM profile for access to your business account(s) We appreciate your cooperation during this transition and are committed to making this change as seamless as possible for you.
Please note that certain items will not migrate to TreasuryConnectSM: • Existing payee information for Zelle and/or Bill Pay • Current wire transfer templates • Transaction history older than 90 days from the date of your TreasuryConnectSM enrollment (account statements will be available upon TreasuryConnectSM enrollment) • Ability to complete External Account Transfers
If you currently use Zelle through Personal Online Banking with your business account(s), to prevent service interruptions, please ensure you enroll in Zelle through TreasuryConnectSM. Need Assistance?

Yes, you will need to enroll into Zelle® once you log into TreasuryConnectSM. This enrollment will reflect under the business name and will not be tied to your personal Zelle® enrollment if you have any personal accounts with Amerant.
Yes, you will need to enroll into Bill Pay once you log into TreasuryConnect<supSM. This enrollment will reflect under the business name and will not be tied to your personal Bill Pay enrollment if you have any personal accounts with Amerant.
Yes, the Amerant Business Mobile app is available in the Apple and Google Play app store for iOS and Android devices.
Yes, all statements as of 2023 will be available upon login.
No, you will need to download all of your transactions if using QuickBooks or Quicken. TreasuryConnectSM will not display transaction history older than 90 days forom the date of your enrollment. You will have a period of 30 days to download the information from your Personal Online Banking profile.
In this scenario, your business accounts will be moved to TreasuryConnectSM, and your personal accounts will remain in your Personal Online Banking. You can continue using Personal Online Banking to view and access your personal accounts.
There are no fees associated with enrolling in TreasuryConnectSM, as you will be enrolled in our Micro package. However, if you do require additional products or profile users, please reach out to your Relationship Manager for additional information.
Yes, TreasuryConnectSM is available for both domestic and international clients.
If you only have business accounts tied to your Personal Online Banking access, then your access will eventually be discontinued. You will receive email notifications prior to having your profile discontinued. To view and transact to/from your business accounts, please enroll or continue using TreasuryConnectSM.
Yes, you will have the ability to re-enroll in Personal Online Banking after your personal account has been opened.
As part of our efforts to migrate business accounts to TreasuryConnectSM, Personal Online Banking will no longer allow business accounts to sync to personal profiles.
Your relationship manager will be contacting you in the upcoming weeks to initiate your onboarding to TreasuryConnectSM. If you prefer not to wait, please contact your relationship manager directly to enroll in TreasuryConnectSM.
During this time, you can continue accessing your business accounts through Personal Online Banking. Once you have been enrolled, you will receive email reminders that will let you know when your Personal Online Banking access will be discontinued.
