We’re continuously looking for new ways to bring you better, more efficient digital banking services that give you control over managing your finances. As part of that commitment, we’re upgrading our core processing system to provide a new online and mobile banking experience.
The New Amerant Online BankingSM & Amerant MobileSM
First, visit amerantbank.com and log in to online banking using the new User ID and Password information that was emailed to you. Then, download the new Amerant MobileSM app from your app store and enjoy your new experience. IMPORTANT: On Monday, November 6 you MUST first log in to online banking on your desktop to validate your identity and activate your new service before you attempt to log in to the mobile app. If you attempt to log in to the mobile app without first logging in to online banking on your desktop, your account access via mobile banking will be blocked for 24 hours to protect the security of your account. This block cannot be reversed until the 24 hours has expired.

Why is Amerant making this change?
We are upgrading our core banking system to provide you with enhanced service, security and convenience benefits when banking digitally. As we continue to add even more features, look for on-going announcements about new banking services.
On November 6, can I log in to Amerant Mobile as usual to handle my banking?
For your account security, on November 6 you must first log in the Amerant Online BankingSM on your desktop computer to validate your identity before you attempt to download and log in to the updated Amerant Mobile app for the first time. If you try to log in to Amerant Mobile first, mobile access to your account will be subject to a mandatory 24 hour block that cannot be removed, to protect the security of your account.
How do I log in to Amerant Online BankingSM on November 6?
You must follow these steps in the order below the first time you access your account online to successfully validate your identity and activate your new online and mobile banking experience.
Is my checking or savings account number changing?
No, your checking or savings account number will remain the same and automatically migrate to the new Amerant Online BankingSM and Amerant Mobile BankingSM.
Is my Certificate of Deposit account number changing?
Yes. You will receive a separate communication about your CD, including your new CD account number as of November 6 and renewal options at maturity. Rest assured, the terms and interest rate of your current CD remain unchanged through the date of maturity.
