AMERANT BANK AND MIAMI HEAT TEAM MEMBERS SUPPORT ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION DURING 16TH ANNUALHEAT GREEN SPACE INITIATIVE
The volunteer effort continues a long-standing partnership focused on environmental stewardship across Miami-Dade County
Amerant Bank, Florida’s bank of choice with a growing footprint throughout the state, joined forces with the Miami HEAT on Jan. 29th for the annual HEAT Green Space Initiative, a volunteer-driven environmental cleanup and restoration initiative at Matheson Hammock Park. Presented by Amerant Bank, the event brought together Amerant team members and HEAT representatives in support of local South Florida conservation efforts as part of the NBA Green initiative.
The HEAT Green Space Initiative has become a long-standing collaboration between the Miami HEAT and Amerant, reflecting a shared commitment to protecting South Florida’s natural resources. In prior years, Amerant volunteers have supported ecological restoration projects across Miami-Dade County, including tree planting initiatives in partnership with the Miami-Dade County Division of Environmental Resources Management and conservation work at sites such as Oleta River State Park and the Tamiami Pineland Complex Addition.
