CORAL GABLES, Fla. (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —<\/strong> Amerant Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: AMTB) (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cAmerant\u201d) announced today that it is transferring the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange (\u201cNYSE\u201d) from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amerant\u2019s common stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, and will continue to be traded under its current ticker symbol \u201cAMTB\u201d. Amerant\u2019s common stock is expected to continue to trade on Nasdaq until the close of the market on Monday, August 28, 2023. To commemorate the event, members of Amerant\u2019s Senior Leadership Team and its Board of Directors will ring the Opening Bell at the NYSE on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
