Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Senior Structured Lending Executive for U.S. Trust and as Treasurer of USPI, a major public, Dallas based healthcare provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sirchio earned a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Rice University in Houston TX.
