Effective immediately and until further notice, these include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No Amerant ATM fees for current customers and the community as a whole<sub>1<\/sub><\/li><li>Waive late payment fees on all consumer and business loans<\/li><li>Waive customer fees for deposit accounts based on needs<sub>2<\/sub><\/li><li>No negative reporting to credit bureaus for past due loan balances<sub>3<\/sub><\/li><li>Expert small business counsel, along with education on available resources<\/li><li>Customer loan payment assistance on an individualized basis<sub>3<\/sub><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAs we strive to support both customers and the communities in which we operate, we are looking at how to best provide tangible, meaningful support,\u201d said Millar Wilson, Vice Chairman and CEO of Amerant. \u201cOur hearts and thoughts go out to the people that have been affected by this unprecedented event.
